Linda Kay Cook, 67 years of age, of Concord, passed away Monday, July 20, 2015.
Ms. Cook was born May 26, 1948 in Concord, NC to the late John Alexander Smith and the late Ruby Lee Smith. She was also preceded in death by her husband Tommy Ray Cook; and her brother Joe Lee Smith.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 22 at 11:00am at Center United Methodist Church Cemetery, 1119 Union St. South in Concord, officiated by Rev. Tony Allen.
Survivors include her sister, Frances Miller and husband Ray of Concord, NC; two nieces, Donna Vincent and Deborah King, both of Concord.
