Lillie Tucker

Lillie Drye Tucker of Stanfield passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at Trinity Skilled Nursing Facility.

Born September 21, 1935 in Stanly County, NC she was the daughter of the late Charlie Spurgeon Drye and Esther Springer Drye. She was a member of New Life Church in Locust.

She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and all of her nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Tucker is survived by her son Ken Tucker (Denise) of Stanfield; brother Benny Drye (Denise) of Albemarle; and sister Diana Furr (Richard) of Stanfield; three grandchildren, Kenny Tucker (Tiffany), Kevin Tucker (Lauren) and Larry Maner Jr.; 3 great-grandchildren Tyger, Talon and Ellie Tucker.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years Vaude Tucker; daughter Karen Tucker Maner; brothers Ralph, Bill, Mitchell, Richard, Leonard Drye; and sister Peggy Huneycutt.
