Leigh Snuggs

Leigh Ellen Lambert Snuggs, 48 years of age, passed away Monday, June 8, 2015, at Stanly Regional Medical Center in Albemarle.

Diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis at three months of age, Leigh surpassed numerous expectations and led a life undefined by her diagnosis. Her life is to be celebrated as she beat every odd. The way she loved and brought joy to everyone around her is incomparable. Her laughter was infectious and spirit inviting.

A native of Albemarle, Leigh is survived by her husband, Eric Snuggs, and her two daughters, Erica Snuggs and Erin Snuggs.

Leigh's family and friends welcome others to join them in a celebration of her life, Sunday, June 14, 2015, at 3 pm at the Edgewater Clubhouse, 1185 Edgewater Drive, Norwood, NC 28128.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (http://www.cff.org) in memory of Leigh Snuggs.
