Lacey Camilla Mangum Kost went to be with the Lord Monday, December 9, 2013 at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast. Lacey was born December 9, 2013 in Concord to Cody Kost and Hailey Ann Mangum. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Henry Sterling, will be at 7 pm on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel in Midland. In addition to her parents, Cody Kost and Hailey Ann Mangum, she is survived by her brother, Mason Kost; aunts, Natona "Toni" Bush, Niaomi Kost Rumbo, Amanda Mangum Beechy and Jenna Pierce; grandparents, Lisa Pierce and Brian Mangum; great grandparents, Albert and Mary Smith, Edna Nettles, John and Lois Kost, and Janette and Rob Kiker; and numerous cousins.
