Kimberly Renee Peake, 53 years of age, of Smyrna, GA, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2016 at Wellstar Medical Group in Marietta, GA.
Kimberly was born November 25, 1962 in Mecklenburg County to the late Don Wayne Peake and Phyllis Taylor Monk.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm, Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Ellington Funeral Services, at 727 E. Morehead St, Charlotte, NC 28202. The memorial service will follow at 3:00 pm in the Ellington's Chapel and will be officiated by Rev. Paul Wiedeman.
Survivors include her mother, Phyllis Taylor Monk of Charlotte; brother, Todd Dwayne Peake; nephew, Daniel Eckhardt of W. Germany; her special friends, Jim and Shirley Smith of Chicamauga, GA; special aunt, Doris Dunn of Charlotte; and cousins, Rick DeSoto and Billy Taylor.
Kimberly was a graduate from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She worked for many years as a licensed CPA.
