Kelly Poplin Brown

Kelly Brown, 67, of Stanfield, passed away Sunday, September 6, 2026, at home.

Kelly was born March 26, 1959, in North Carolina to the late Jimmy Harold Poplin and the late Sue Burris Poplin. She was also preceded in death by son, Aaron Murray Pattenick.

Kelly was a loving mother who was most proud of her daughter Taylor and all of her accomplishments. Kelly shared a deep and special love for her significant other Ron who was a important part of her life for 18 years. Kelly loved her fur baby Harley who was always by her side. She enjoyed traveling to the beach and making memories.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Thursday, September 10, 2026 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle.

Survivors include daughter, Taylor Eudy; significant other Ron St. Arnauld and brother, Buddy Poplin

Family would like to say a special Thank you to her Hospice Nurses; Lisa, Teresa, and Crystal for the love, care and support given to Kelly during her time with them.
