Joyce Eveline Fowler, 82, of New London, passed away Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Forrest Oakes Healthcare Center in Albemarle, NC.
She was born April 2, 1939 in Stanly County to the late Burt Coble and the late Molly Smith.
Survivors include son, David Fowler of New London, NC.
Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is serving the Fowler family.
