John Pearson

John J. Pearson, 63 years of age, of Unionville, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Hospice of Union County in Monroe. John was born April 10, 1950 in to the late Jessie James Pearson and the late Evelyn Pressley. He was also preceded in death by son, John "Richie" Pearson, and brother, Jessie Pearson. The family will receive friends from 1pm until 2pm, Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at Antioch Baptist Church at 6223 Love Mill Road in Monroe. The funeral service will follow at the church at 2pm and will be officiated by Rev Joey Query. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Survivors include wife, Jackie Simpson Pearson of Unionville; son, Jason (Tia) Pearson of Unionville; daughter-in-law, Kattie Pearson of Unionville; three grandchildren, Kaylee, Justin, and Jacob Pearson all of Unionville; brother, Ray (Karen) Pearson of Indian Trail; mother-in-law, Romie Simpson of Unionville, and Brother-in-law, Rondall Simpson of Unionville.
