John Moose, Jr.

John Samuel Moose, 91, of Concord, NC passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2022.

John was born August 26, 1930 in Concord, NC to the late William Edward Moose and the late Callie Elizabeth Lee Moose.
He was also preceded in death by a wife, Glenda Marie Moose; son, Wesley Lee Moose and son, John Samuel Moose, Jr.; brother, William Edward Moose, Jr.; sister, Yvonne Josephine Griffin; sister, Bernice Lee Howard; brother, Ben Alexander Moose, Sr.; sister, Annie Aileen Moose; and brother, Paul Mellon Moose.

Survivors include his wife, Gaynelle Harrington of Concord, NC; step daughter, Susan Eller of Rockwell, NC; as well as special friends, Danny and Sonia Lewis of Kannapolis, NC.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, Monday, August 22, 2022 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. A graveside funeral service will follow at 11:30 am at West Concord Cemetery, officiated by Rev. Don Burleyson.
