Joe Estrella

Joe Estrella, 40, of Concord, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at Tucker Hospice House in Kannapolis.

Joe was born March 26, 1986 in to the late Manuel De Jesus Estrella and Miguelina Santos.

Joe Estrella was a wonderful human being—a devoted husband, a great father to two children, a good friend, and a loving son—who was always ready to help anyone in need.

He was passionate about traveling, exploring new cultures and countries, and flying; thanks to his hard work and dedication, he earned his light aircraft pilot's license. He loved his job and was always an honest, respectful, and responsible person.

His wife, children, family, and friends will remember him forever, and he will live in our hearts.

The family will receive friends on Monday August 31, 2026 from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Hartsell Funeral Home in Concord. The funeral service will be held in the Dominican Republic at a later date.
