Jeffrey Haywood Tillman, 58 of Concord, passed away on Friday, October 26, 2012 at CMC-NorthEast in Concord. Jeffrey was born on September 7, 1954 in Valdosta, GA, to Jack Tillman and Peggy Ann Bowman Tillman. He is survived by his daughters, Lydia Claire Tillman, Elisha Ann Tillman both of GA., and Katherine Elizabeth (Libby) Stowell of VA. Memorials may be made to Humane Society of Concord and Greater Cabarrus County 2010 Wilshire Court SW Concord, NC 28025. Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Tillman family.
