Jeffrey Bruce Hootman, 69, of Concord, passed away Sunday, August 29, 2021 at Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord.

Jeffrey was born June 22, 1952 in Alleghany, Pennsylvania to the late Ralph Hootman and the late Barbara Ainscough Hootman.

He is survived by his brother, Michael Hootman of Concord, NC.
