Jeffrey Lawrence Helms

Jeffrey Lawrence Helms, 27, of Albemarle, passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at Presbyterian Medical Center in Charlotte.

Mr. Helms was born on July 1, 1996, to Jeffrey Scott Helms and Tajuana Palmer Johnson.

Jeffrey enjoyed spending time outside and photographing his daily adventures. He held a passion for physical fitness and worked out regularly and was a personal trainer. Jeffrey was an outgoing person that never met a stranger.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm, on Sunday, February 4, 2024, at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. The funeral service will be held on Monday, February 5, 2024, at 4:00 pm, at Hartsell Funeral Home's Lefler Memorial Chapel, officiated by Pastor, Ronnie Pugh. 

Jeffrey is survived by mother, Tajuana Johnson and husband, BT; father, Jeff Helms; brother, Daniel Helms, sister, Kasey Perdue and husband, Adam; nieces, Mary Jackson, Lillith Perdue, Isadora Perdue; cousins, Alexandrea Hatley, Gregory Harwood; second-cousins, Stryker Story, Maximus Hatley; aunt; Tammy Coble; grandmother, Lavon Herrin.
