Janice Elouise Goodman, 74, of Albemarle, passed away Monday, August 10, 2026 at home.
Janice was born January 21, 1952 in North Carolina to the late Ray Junior Smith and the late Bessie Rae Smith.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 22, 2026, 1 pm -2 pm at West Oakboro Baptist Church, 16803 Silver Road, Oakboro, NC., with service to follow at 2 pm.
Survivors include husband, Michael Goodman; brother, Donald Smith; sisters, Elaine Coley, Sue Smith, Marie Sells, Evon Jordan; brothers, Michael Smith and Todd Smith.
Donations may be made to West Oakboro Baptist Church.
Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is serving the Goodman family.
