Janet Elaine Efird Huneycutt

Janet Elaine Efird Huneycutt, 75, passed away Thursday, July 30, 2026 at Cabarrus Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Concord.

Janet was born February 23, 1951 in Cabarrus County to Myrtis Janet Efird and the late Everette Lane Efird. She was also preceded in death by brother, Timothy John Efird.

Survivors include her daughter, Amanda Huneycutt Hall (Tim) of Indiana; son, Steven Huneycutt (Karman) of Locust; mother, Myrtis Janet Efird of Stanfield; sister, Cathy Hatley of Stanfield; grandchildren; Grant Huneycutt, Travis Lefler, Jaret Huneycutt, Brynli Huneycutt, and Alaina Lefler.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 10:00 at Love's Grove Methodist Church, 4360 Polk Ford Road in Stanfield.
