James Furr

James "Jamie" Robert Furr 29, of 13139 Austin Road, Locust, passed on Friday December 20,2013. Jamie was born October 13,1984 in Stanly County. He was the son of Rodney and Diane Furr of Locust. In addition to his parents Jamie is survived by three daughters, Mya Furr, Angel Furr, and Bella Furr all of Locust; one son, Chase Furr of Locust; five sisters, Trishona "Shoney" Lambb and husband, Preston Lambb, Danielle Furr, Beth Furr, Nikki Furr, and Kali Furr, all of Locust; two brothers, Rod "Scrap" Furr and Ronnie Furr of Locust; one niece, Carmen Furr-Morton; two nephews, Jerrod Morton and Blake Furr of Locust; his paternal grandmother, Ruth Furr, of Locust and maternal grandmother, Linda Lowder of Millingport. Jamie was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, William Robert Furr and his maternal grandfather, Jerry Wiseman. There will be an informal service for Jamie on December 29,2013 at 2 pm at the park (formerly Bethel Baptist Church Park) on Austin Road, above the home of his parents.
