Irene Thomson

Irene Marie Berndt Thomson, 87, of Concord, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2023 at her home.

Irene was born October 12, 1935 in New Jersey to the late Paul Berndt and the late Ethel Berndt. She was also preceded in death by husband, Robert Thomson; daughter, Elaine Thomson; and son, Robert Thomson, Jr.; siblings, Paul Berndt and Ethel Bernard.

Survivors include daughters, Cathy Snyder, Barbara Mooney, and Irene Marie Thomson; grandchildren, Jason Mooney, John Snyder, Lisa Tyler, Allison Snyder, Courtney Thomson, and Dylan Thomson; great-grandchildren, Hailey Snyder-Woelk, Sarah Mooney, Annah Mooney, and Elijah Thomson; many nieces and nephews; and her dog, Ivy.

Irene was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and an avid garage sale aficionado.
