Henry Hoover Nance, 94, of Matthews, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at Pruitt Health-Union Pointe in Monroe.
Mr. Nance was born February 8, 1929 in North Carolina to the late Jonah Nance and Cora Rachel Nance.
Henry was preceded in death by his son, Henry Hoover Nance, Jr.
Survivors include son, Dennis Nance of Matthews, daughter, Rachel Moore of Lancaster, SC, daughter, Susan Purser of Cornelius, son, Jeff Nance of Matthews, and daughter, Amy Lewis of Mint Hill.
Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland is serving the Nance family.
