Henrietta Griffin

Henrietta Hunt Griffin, 86, of Monroe, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2012 at Monroe Manor Assisted Living on Baucom Road of Monroe. Mrs. Griffin was born October 4, 1926 in Robeson County to the late Harmon Hunt and Victoria Jacob Hunt. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Nay James Griffin, in 2000; four brothers and two sisters. The family will receive friends from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland. A graveside service will follow at 4 p.m. at Hopewell Baptist Church, 420 Hopewell Church Road of Monroe. Rev. Joe Mullis will officiate Mrs. Griffin is survived by one sister, Elsie Mae Bryant of Red Springs, and many nieces and nephews.
