Geraldine "Gerry" Frances Blake

Geraldine Frances Blake, 89, of Harrisburg, passed away Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at her residence in Harrisburg, NC. 

Geraldine was born in Hudson County, New Jersey to the late Thomas A. Howley and the late Geraldine Estelle Howley. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Blake. 

Geraldine was an avid gardener, belonging to garden clubs in both North Carolina and New Jersey.  She was a long-time judge at flower arrangement competitions throughout the east coast. She enjoyed vacationing in England for many years touring gardens and heritage homes. She was an avid cook, and a lover of all things related to cats. 

Survivors include her brothers, Patrick (Carol) Howley of Germantown, MD and Thomas (Karen) Howley of Clayton, NC, and many nieces and nephews.
