Gerald Holt

Gerald Alexander Holt, 71, of Albemarle passed away Thursday, June 5, 2014 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville, NC. Gerald was born December 19, 1942, in Stanly County to the late Roy and Arlene Holt. Gerald is survived by his wife, Sandra; two sons, Jamie Holt and his wife Jessica, and Jonathan Holt and his wife Lyndsay; two grandsons, Aidan and Ethan Holt who will miss their Papa. Gerald is also survived by a sister, Elaine Colvin of Eden, North Carolina. Gerald worked for Wiscasset Mills, Fieldcrest Cannon and Hartsell Funeral Home before retirement. A memorial service will be held at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel, Albemarle on Sunday June 8, 2014, at 2:00 pm. Rev. John Futterer will officiate.
