Gary Dennis

Gary Allen Dennis, 80 years of age, passed away Friday, December 27, 2013 at his home in Mint Hill. Mr. Dennis was born September 8, 1933 in Stanly County to the late Alfred Cletus Dennis and the late Carrie Lee Dennis. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Wanda Laton, and a son, Derek Dennis. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm, Monday, December 30, 2013 at Hickory Grove Baptist Church in Charlotte. The funeral service will follow at the church at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow at the Sunset Memory Gardens at 8901 Lawyers Rd., Charlotte. Survivors include wife, Patsy Ruth Dennis of Mint Hill, Primary care givers, Richard and Kim Dennis, and Kenneth and Bunnie Wilson. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Derek and Braxton Dennis, and Tyler and Dylan Laton; and 2 great-grandchildren.
