Fred Blackwelder

Fred Wayne Blackwelder, 48 years of age, of Stanfield, NC passed away Saturday, February 3, 2018 at his home.

Wayne was born October 24, 1969 in Rowan County to the late Fred Edwin Blackwelder.  He is survived by his mother Beatrice Blackwelder of the home; his sisters Belinda Eudy of Albemarle, NC; Kay Burnette and husband Ted of Midland, NC; Brenda Reeder and husband Linn of Locust, NC; and Mary Kimrey of Stanfield, NC.  As well as nieces Kayla Kimrey, April Kimrey and Amy Ross; and nephews Steven Burnette, Richard Burnette and Steve Eudy.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm, Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland. The funeral service will follow at 4:00 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel of Midland, officiated by Rev. Dr. Darrell Nance.
