Frankie Elmore Oliver, 78, of Concord, passed away Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at Veterans Hospital in Durham.
Bobby was born June 7, 1948 in South Carolina to the late Joe Gary Oliver and the late Sally Oliver.
He was also preceded in death by brother, Gene Oliver, Bruce Oliver, and sister, Joyce Ritch.
The family will receive friends Friday, September 4th from 11 am to 1 pm, at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord.
Survivors include sister, Joann Britt of Concord, NC.
Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Oliver family.
