Floyd Wilson Osborne

"Floyd Wilson Osborne, 51, of Kannapolis, North Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

Born on Friday, December 7, 1973, in Concord, North Carolina, Floyd was the beloved son of the late Cora Marlaine Furr Osborne and the late Wilson Lane Osborne. He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Floyd Osborne, Margaret Carter, Cora Lee Starnes Furr, and Paul Wilson Furr.

Floyd will be remembered as a kind and gentle soul—a loving son, brother, father, and friend. He had a creative spirit and a deep appreciation for simple joys. He loved to draw, often finding peace and expression through his art. He also cherished time spent outdoors, especially fishing, and valued every moment shared with his loved ones.

He leaves behind a family who will forever hold him close in their hearts: his siblings, Marty Allen Osborne Schwall, Robin Louise Osborne Waters, and Daniel Ray Osborne, as well as his son, Collin Worley.

In keeping with the family’s wishes, funeral services will be private. They ask for your continued thoughts and prayers during this time of loss."
