Evelyn F Almond

Evelyn Frick Almond, 103, of Charlotte, passed away Sunday, October 26, 2025 at her home.

Evelyn was born August 19, 1922 in North Carolina to the late Daniel Lee Frick and the late Anne Harris Frick.

She was also preceded in death by husband, William Jay Almond; two brothers Burns and Olin Frick; and two sisters Lorene McIntyre and Angelene Pryce.

The funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Friday, October 31, 2025, at Canton Baptist Church Cemetery, 24615 Endy Road,  Albemarle, NC 28001, officiated by Rev. Don Burleyson .

Survivors include son, Alan Almond of Charlotte, NC; brothers, Elwood Frick of Evans GA, Donald Frick, Salem, SC and Paul Frick of Atlanta, GA; and sister, Brenda Carpenter of Locust, NC. Also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews.
