Evalena Starcher

Evalena Pearl Starcher, 93, of Concord, passed away Sunday, February 9, 2020.

Evalena was born October 29, 1926 in West Virginia to the late Roscoe Parsons and the late Hazel Ellison Parsons. In addition to her parents, so was also preceded in death by husband, Richard Dale Starcher, and her great-grandson, Evin Smith.

Survivors include son, Kenneth (Beverly) Starcher; grandsons, Jason (Tara) Brookhart, Kenneth (Brittany) Starcher, Jr.; and granddaughter, Jessica (Travis) Phifer.  She was also survived by 5 great-grandsons, and one on the way in April.
