Eula Huneycutt

Eula Genever Dixon Huneycutt, 91, of Albemarle went to be with JESUS on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at “Atrium Health Stanly” in Albemarle NC.

Mrs. Huneycutt was born April 14, 1929 in Stanly County to the late James Franklin Dixon and the late Rue Nellie Dixon.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clarence (Bill)Huneycutt and her son, Mark Wayne Huneycutt, siblings, Mary Webb, Robbie Smith, George Dixon, Ray Dixon, Troas Dixonand Burl Dixon.

She is survived by her daughter, Geneva (Leon) Rummage of Albemarle; son, Johnny (Tanya) Huneycutt of Badin. Grandchildren, Melissa G. Springer of Albemarle, Krystyal H. Dulin of Albemarle; Adam Huneycutt of Raeford, Phillip Huneycutt of Albemarle and Dr. Ric Huneycutt of Sumter, S.C.In addition, she was blessed with 10 beautiful “Great Grandchildren”.

Her family will receive friends from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at Union Grove Baptist Church of Albemarle. The funeral service will be at 2:00 PM in the church and will be officiated by Rev. Jeremy Blake.  Burial will follow at the Union Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
