Elizabeth Hall Austin, 61, of Concord, passed away Monday, September 16, 2013 at her home. Ms. Austin was born July 13, 1952 to the late Harold and Meredith Austin. A memorial service will be held at a later date. She is survived by two sons, Austin and Frank Pena; and daughter, Delia Pena. Hartsell Funeral Home is serving the Austin family.
