Dorothy Parrott

Dorothy Ann Parrott, 58, of Midland, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2022 at Atrium Health Cabarrus Hospital in Concord.

Ann was born June 16, 1964 in New Mexico to the late Thomas Alton Hinson and the late Judith Ann Clark.
She was also preceded in death by son, Brandon Parrott .

The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm - 2:45 pm, Monday, October 31, 2022 at Eastern Hills Baptist Church in Charlotte. The funeral service will follow the visitation at 3:00 pm. officiated by Dr. James Weddington.

Ann was a loving daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother.  She was an avid beach lover, particularly Holden beach for its tranquility.  Ann had a heart of gold and worked on numerous homeless citizens projects and really loved working with the children that she cared for in day-care.  She met her husband Steve at Eastern Hills Baptist Church where they got married and then went on to spend a wonderful 38 years together.  Ann has now gone to be with the Lord and will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include husband, Steve Parrott of Midland, NC.; brother, Brad Burton; daughter-in-law, Heather Russell; and granddaughter, Kylee Parrott; and many beloved cousins.
