Dorka Concepción Sosa, 58, of Harrisburg, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023.

Dorka Concepción Sosa was born December 26, 1964 in the Dominican Republic to the late Cristino Alejandro Concepción and to her still living mother Ana Lidia Sosa de Concepción, sibling; Genry, Paulina, Raquel, Miqueas and her daughter Ankrystin Pauline. Cousins; Geovanny and Joan. Nephews and Nieces; Geryolph, Gersi, Lou, Luis, Michael, Yolanda, Angerica, Rachelle, Gigi, Kaylin, Lauren and Mael.

Dorka Concepción Sosa nació el 26 de diciembre de 1964, en la República Dominicana, su padre fue Cristino Alejandro Concepción y su madre es Ana Lidia Sosa de Concepción. Le sobreviven su madre Ana Lidia, sus hermanos Paulina, Genry, Raquel, Miqueas, y su hija Ankrystin Pauline Concepcion Barbour, ademas de sus primos Geovanny, Joan, Johnny, Jean. Aparte de sus sobrinos Geryolph, Hersey, Lou, Luis, Michael, Yolanda, Angerica, Rachelle, Gigi, kaylin, Lauren and Mael.

Dorka dedicated her life to Jehovah on April 17, 1982 and she remained firm in her faith until her passing. She loved to paint as well as other arts and crafts, she loved children and her passion was teaching and instructing them. She graduated college with a focus on early childhood education. She also helped in raising her many nieces and nephews. She also loved listening to musical opera as well as instrumentals from leo rojas, and music from el grupo divo. She loved watching Korean movies and shows as well as their music. Dorka loved anything to do with beauty and as such she loved enhancing others beauty by styling their hair and makeup. Her friends consider her an amazing friend because of her unwavering loyalty, she was an excellent daughter, sister, mother and friend. We will miss her beautiful smile and her generosity.

Dorka dedicó su vida a Jehová el 17 de abril de 1982. Fue temerosa de Jehová y con una sobresaliente fe que demostró hasta su mismísima muerte. A ella le gustaba mucho pintar y hacer manualidades. Dorka amaba enseñarle y educa a los niños. Estudió educación infantil de temprana edad para trabajar con niños. También ayudó con la crianza de sus sobrinos. Le fascinaba escuchar música de opera, música instrumental de Leo Rojas, el grupo Divo y ver peliculas coreanas. Le encantaba la decoración y amaba embellecerse y embellecer a los demás. Sus amistadas la valoraban mucho porque era de gran confianza y muy leal. Dorka fue una excelente hija, hermana, madre y amiga. Vamos a extrañar su hermosa sonrisa y su generosidad.
