Doris Murr

Doris Jean Nalley Murr, 67, of Concord, passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2012, at Carolina Medical Center - Northeast. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord on Thursday, July 5, 2012, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The funeral service, officiated by Father James H. Geiger, will be held in the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, July 6, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at St. James the Greater Catholic Church Cemetery. Doris was born on July 29, 1944, to the late Joseph Albertus “Hank” Nalley and Mary “Emily” Fenwick Nalley of Louisville, KY. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Dennis William Murr; and her four children, Terry Townsend and husband, Dan of Matthews, Jennifer Blake and husband, Michael of Mt. Pleasant, Julie Murr Sides of Concord and Doug Murr of Concord; and five grandchildren. Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Murr family.
