Donald Stewart

Donald “Don” Furman Stewart, 69, of Harrisburg, passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 23, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. at Carolina Memorial Park in Harrisburg, NC. Mr. Stewart was born on November 16, 1942. He is survived by his girlfriend of five years, Carol Nimer of Harrisburg; his close friends of thirty-eight years, Jim and Teresa Blackwelder; and his loyal Bostian Terrier, Buster. Don was a dedicated employee of CMC Northeast and will be remembered by his many friends from work. Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord is serving the Stewart family.
