Donald George Page

Donald George Page, 69, of Mooresville, NC passed away Sunday, September 27, 2026.

Donald was born March 18, 1957 in Albemarle, NC to the late George Lee Page and the late Ruth Almond Page.

He was also preceded in death by an infant son.

Survivors include his son, Jeffrey Donald Page and wife Jaime; daughter, Lundie Page Schleng and husband Jeff; daughter, Sarah Elizabeth Page and husband William Talley; grandchildren, Madison, Morgan, Elizabeth, Luke, Lacey and Charlie; sister, Myra Poplin and husband Wayne; brother, Lanny O. Page and wife Angela; sister, Sandra Lambert and husband Kyle; and the mother to his children, Angela B. Page.

Donald loved his children and grandchildren dearly. He was always passionate about lending a hand and helping others. Donald enjoyed animal auctions, gardening, canning and crocheting. He retired from Charlotte Transit after more than 30 years. He was a true jack of all trades both in his workshop and in the kitchen. Donald will be dearly missed by all those who loved him and knew him.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Thursday, October 1, 2026 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland, 13575 Broadway Avenue, Midland, NC 28107. The funeral service will be on Friday, October 2, 2026 at 11:00 am at Plyler Baptist Church, 25958 Austin Road, Albemarle, NC 28001, officiated by Pastor Rusty Shumate. He will lie in state from 10:30 am - 11:00 am prior to the funeral. Burial will follow at the Plyler Baptist Church Cemetery.
