Dillon Patrick Chandler, 21 years of age, of New London, passed away Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at CMC-Main in Charlotte.
Dillon was born February 25, 1993 in Stanly County to Ray "Sonny" Farrell Chandler, Jr. and Tonya Dawn Chandler.
A memorial service officiated by Rev. Tony Thomas will be at 1:00 PM, Friday, October 24, 2014 at Prospect Baptist Church, 502 Prospect Church Road, Albemarle.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Weston Chandler; girlfriend, Lindsey Clark; brothers, Chadwick Chandler and wife, Jessica of Norwood, and Zachary Chandler and wife, Katie of Albemarle; grandmother, Patricia Polk of Little River, SC; and paternal grandparents, Farrell and Dorothy Chandler of Albemarle; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
He was employed with Galloway's 4 WD Center in Richfield.
