Charles Jernoske

Charles John Jernoske, 87 years of age, of Mount Pleasant, passed away Saturday, July 25, 2015 at Carolinas Medical Center-NorthEast in Concord.

Charles was born March 13, 1928 in Paulsboro, NJ to the late Alpheus Jernoske and the late Mary Veronica Jernoske.
He was also preceded in death by brother, Alpheus Jernoske, Jr..

The family will receive friends from 6:00pm-8:00pm, Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle. A Mass will be held at Our Lady of the Annunciation Catholic Church in Albemarle at 11:00am, Wednesday, July 29, 2015 and will be officiated by Father Peter Fitzgibbons.

Charles grew up in the city of Paulsboro, NJ, and later moved to Mickleton, NJ. He retired to Mt. Pleasant, NC in 1998.

Survivors include wife, Barbara Marie Jernoske of Mount Pleasant; daughter, Robin (Steve) Kester of Bessemer City, NC; daughter, Barbara Noblitt of Mt Pleasant; daughter, Lori (Odell) Barber of Kannapolis; son, Charles Jernoske of Mt Pleasant; son, Mark Jernoske of Westville, NJ; daughter, Marie (Donald) Applegate of Tabernacle, NJ; brother, Rob (Jane) Jernoske of Bridgeton, NJ; sister, Mary (William) Kephart of Pitman, NJ, and three grandchildren, Jeremy Noblitt, and Ben and Grant Applegate.

Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is serving the Jernoske family.
