Cathy Bivens

Cathy Lynn Bivens, 67, of Norwood, passed away Thursday, April 27, 2023 at home.

Cathy was born August 25, 1955 in North Carolina to the late James Thompson and the late Beatrice Thompson.
She was also preceded in death by husbands Arthur Love and Clay Bivens.

The family will have a private visitation at a later date.

Cathy was a loving wife and mother.  She loved country music by musicians such as Conway Twitty, Brooks and Dunn, and Travis Tritt.  Cathy graduated from Albemarle High School in 1973 and then went on to earn a bachelor's degree at Wingate University, after which she became an asset manager at Hydrolabs.

Survivors include son, Trent Love; grandsons, Levi Cannon and Trey Love.
