Carrilee Lambert

Carrilee Austin Lambert, 84 of Stanfield, passed away Friday, December 20, 2013 at Avante at Concord. Mrs. Lambert was born November 4, 1929 in North Carolina to Crocker Austin and Katherine Huneycutt Austin. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Archie Pink Lambert, and a daughter Janet Renee McCall. Carrilee was a member of First Baptist Church of Locust and was a volunteer for Hospice of Stanly County. The family will receive friends at Hartsell Funeral Home in Midland on Saturday, December 21, 2013 from 6-8 pm. The funeral service will be held at First Baptist Church in Locust on Sunday, December 22 at 2 pm, officiated by Rev. Dr. Kinney Wallace. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Survivors include sons, Wayne Lambert and wife Andrea of Charlotte, and Avery Lambert and wife Tammy of Midland; daughters, Carolyn Price and husband Rick of Midland; and Catherine Furr of Concord; sister, Ruth Eudy of Oakboro; seven grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
