Born in Haywood County on December 04, 1955. Carolyn Mae Lunsford Harvell was preceded in death by her mother and father Mary Lou West Lunsford and Charles Curtis Lunsford . She was a loving mother and homemaker. A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2009 from 06:00 PM 08:00 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home Albemarle. Funeral service will be held on Sunday,October 04, 2009 at 4:00 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home’s Lefler Memorial Chapel, 522 N. 2nd Albemarle NC. with the minister Rev. Steve Barbee officiating. Burial will follow at Norview Gardens Carolyn Mae Lunsford Harvell was survived by her spouse Gary Lester Harvell of Norwood NC, her daughters Melanie Harvell Simpson of Concord NC, Alicia Harvell Thompson of New London NC, her grandchildren Bethany, Kaleb, Joshua, Damien, and River, her sisters Linda L. Johnson of Albemarle NC, Janie Beck of Clyde NC, Judy Thomas of Clyde NC, her brothers Charles Curtis of Albemarle,NC Roger Dale of Norwood NC, .
