Cara was born just seven weeks ago on September 10, 2018 to Thomas Glenn Hamilton and Jennifer Parillo Hamilton.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Hartsell Funeral Home, 460 Branchview Dr. NE, Concord, NC.
In lieu of flowers, charitable donations may be made to Cara's Purpose.
