Brenda Wayne Talbert

Brenda Wayne Talbert, 83, of Albemarle, passed away Monday, July 24, 2023, at Atrium Health Stanly Hospital in Albemarle.

Brenda was born October 12, 1939, in North Carolina to the late John Huneycutt and the late Pearl Springer. 
She was also preceded in death by Norris "Toby" Talbert; brother, Gerald Huneycutt.

A graveside service will be held 2pm on Monday, July 31, at Fairview Memorial Park in Albemarle officiated by Rev. Don Burleyson, located at 1425 East Main Street, Albemarle.

Brenda was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.  She worked at Jim-Davis Drug Store, The Gold Shop, and Huneycutt Shoes.  Brenda loved to go shopping and spending time with her family whom she cherished dearly.  Often times she would go with her family on vacations to the beach.  She especially enjoyed listening to Christian music which she would have playing at home all throughout the day.  Brenda loved the Lord with all her heart and now enjoys being in her Savior's presence for all eternity.

Survivors include son, Toby (Lori) Talbert of Albemarle, NC.; grandchildren, Cody ( Jarrell) Talbert Sanders and Ryan (Caroline) Douglas Talbert; great-grandson, Kal'Ell Sanders; and sister, Barbara.

Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle will be serving the family.
