Brenda Aldridge Thomas

Brenda Kay Thomas, 73, of Stanfield NC, passed away Monday, July 27, 2026, at her home.

Brenda was born on December 1, 1952, in Concord, NC, to the late Max Herbert Aldridge and the late Lorene Aldridge.

She was also preceded in death by sister, Ruby Simpson of Union County NC as well as a granddaughter, Kristan Jackson of Stanfield, NC.

The family will conduct a private celebration of life at a later date and time.

Survivors include husband, David Glenn Thomas of Stanfield, NC; son, David Michael Thomas and wife Tammy Thomas of Summerville, SC; daughter, Susan Diana Thomas, of Stanfield, NC; sisters, Judy McDonald of Concord, NC, and Patricia Simpson of Union County, NC.

Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland is serving the family.
