Brenda Hall Sossoman

Brenda Hall Sossoman, 84, of Concord, passed away on on Monday, August 25, 2025. An amazing mother, wife, and grandmother, she passed peacefully at her home, with her loving family by her side. Brenda's love was endless, her laughter unforgettable, and her presence a gift to all who knew her.

Brenda was born February 26, 1941 to the late J.D. and Mary Hall of Concord. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, John D. Sossoman, Sr. They lived a great life together and were truly a match made in Heaven. She was also preceded in death by her three sisters, Louise Furr, Carol Bost, and Libby Simpson.

Survivors include son, John Sossoman, Jr.; son, Jeffrey (Crystal) Sossoman; daughter, Lisa Sossoman; grandchildren, Ashley (Cole) White, Will Cunningham, and Simon Sossoman; great-granddaughters, Brianna Sossoman and Payton Cunningham.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 pm - 1:45 pm, Thursday, August 28, 2025 at Westford Methodist Church, 273 Hwy 49 S, Concord. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm at Westford Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Jeffrey J. Rushing. Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park Kannapolis.
