Boyd Errol Claypool, age 47, of 4010 Rodney Ct. Midland, N.C., 28107 died Saturday, May 30, 2009, at Miami Church Rd. & Cold Springs Rd. in Concord, N.C. Mr. Claypool was employed by Cabarrus Imports and was a member of Poplar Grove Baptist Church. Mr. Boyd was active in all phases of Poplar Grove Baptist church. He was a youth and children's leader. He was also active in the Motorcycle Ministry and the Men's Ministry. The family will be meeting at the home. He was the son of Cody Claypool and Kathryn (Bragg) Claypool of Midland, NC He is survived by his Daughter-April Ann Mitchell & husband Jonathan of Salisbury, N.C. Daughter-Barbara Louise Claypool of Mt. Pleasant, N.C. Son-Cody Boyd Claypool of Mt. Pleasant, N.C. Sister-Cindy Eversole & husband Terry of Concord, N.C. Sister-Kathy Helvey & husband Allen of Concord, N.C. Sister-Tina Claypool of Mt. Pleasant, N.C. Sister-Connie Susan Claypool of Salisbury, N.C. Brother-William Cody Claypool & wife Shebra of Charlotte, N.C. Brother-Bruce Claypool & wife Linda of Mt. Pleasant, N.C. Nieces- Amanda Eversole, Brittany Helvey, Alyssa Claypool, Katie Radcliff, Kelly Radcliff Nephew- Nicholas Helvey He was preceded in death by a daughter, Brandice Dawn Claypool Arrangements are being handled by Hartsell Funeral Home - Concord, PO Box 367, Concord, N.C. The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM Tuesday, June 2, 2009 at Poplar Grove Baptist Church. Funeral service will be at Poplar Grove Baptist Church at 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 2, 2009 , Rev. Jimmy Barrett officiating. Interment will be at Cabarrus Memorial Gardens in Concord, N.C.
