Bobby Hartsell

Bobby Earl Hartsell, 75 years of age of Stanfield, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at his home. Mr. Hartsell was born October 19, 1936 in Union County to the late Thomas Earl Hartsell and Cora Wallena Efird Hartsell. The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 p.m., Thursday, October 4,2012, at Hartsell Funeral Home in Midland. The funeral service will be at 7:30 p.m. in the Hartsell Funeral Home Chapel in Midland officiated by Rev. Jim White and Rick McManus. At other times, the family will meet at his home. Survivors include his loving wife of 26 years, Millie Furr Hartsell, of the home; his son, Tony Hartsell and his wife, Bobbi, of Mt. Pleasant; his daughter, Connie Hartsell and her husband, Ricky, of Conway, S. C.; his stepsons, Jimmy Tyree and wife Danielle of Midland and Scottie Tyree and wife Carla of Oakboro; his brothers, Joel Hartsell and his wife, Martha, of Midland and Ken Hartsell and his wife, Brenda, of Midland; his sisters, Kay Tucker and her husband, Richard, of Oakboro and Janette Kiker and her husband, Rob, of Monroe; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Stanly County, 960 North First Street, Albemarle, NC 28001. Hartsell Funeral Home of Midland is serving the Hartsell family.
