Bobby Burris

Bobby Gene Burris, 62 years of age, of Locust, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2015 at CMC - NorthEast in Concord.

Mr. Burris was born November 18, 1952 in Stanly County to the late George Worth Burris and the late Viola Mae Burris. He was also preceded in death by brother, Robert "June" Worth Burris, Jr; sister, Patricia Burris; and niece, Michelle Helms.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Wednesday, October 28, 2015, at Hartsell Funeral Home in Midland. At other times, family will receive friends at the home of Pam Burris.

Survivors include wife, Pam Burris; daughter, Tiana Burris and fiancee, Darin Roberts; granddaughter, Montana MacPhee, and grandson, Dalton MacPhee all of Locust; brothers Ronnie Burris and his wife, Brenda of Stanfield, Roger Burris and his wife, Vickie of Atlanta, GA, George Olin Burris and his wife, Joyce of Albemarle, and Carl Burris and fiancee, Brenda Cramer of Stanfield; sisters, Brenda Stiller and husband, Ted of High Rock, and Deedee Hamilton of Locust; and several nephews and nieces.
