Betty Jean Woods

Betty Jean Woods, 90, of Concord, gained her wings and went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 20, 2024 where she resided in Salisbury with her daughter Pamela Peeler.

Survivors include;  sons, William (Shannon) Gardner and Patricio (Billie Jo) Sanchez and a daughter, Pamela (Riley) Peeler of Salisbury, NC,  grandson, Dwight Nalbone whom she raised, and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters;  Linda Howell and Nancy Hagler of Concord.

Betty loved caring for people, enjoyed nature, dancing, and music.  She also recited every book of the Old and New Testament of the Bible.  Her favorite book of the Bible is Psalms 23 which states "The Lord is my Sherpherd."

The family will have a Celebration of Life for Betty at a later date.
