Bennett Poplin

Bennett Haught Poplin, 70, of Norwood, passed away Saturday, May 25, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Phyllis M. Poplin, daughter, Susan Poplin Harward and husband, Chris Harward, son, Jason Poplin and wife, Maggie Poplin, as well as seven grandchildren, Matt Harward, Madison Harward Pinkston and husband, Thomas Pinkston, Joey and Elijah Stanback, Kate and Nate Poplin, as well as a special niece, Jennifer Helms. Mr. Poplin was an employee of Sandhills Office Systems in Albemarle and was a member of Albemarle Church of Christ. A memorial service will be held by the family on Saturday, June 1, 2013 at 11am at the Albemarle Church of Christ. Tim Pinkston and Matt Carter will officiate the service.
