Benjamín Mejía Domínguez falleció el miércoles 30 de julio del 2025 alrededor de las 10:30am en el Hospital Carolinas ContinueCare. Benjamín nació el 26 de febrero de 1959 y fue el tercer hijo de sus octavos hermanos. Benjamín fue un esposo, padre y abuelo responsable; disfrutaba pasar tiempo con su familia; sus momentos favoritos eran ir a la montaña y disfrutar de la música clásica y la danza. Su legado continúa con sus hijos: Benjamín Mejía, Daniel Mejía, Nubia Mejía, Edson Mejía, Nidia Mejía y todos sus nietos. La familia recibirá a sus amigos de 4:00 p. m. a 7:00 pm. y después, la ceremonia se realizará de 7:00 p. m. a 7:30 p. m. El jueves 7 de agosto de 2025 en la Funeraria Hartsell de Concord.

Benjamin Mejia Dominguez passed away on Wednesday 30th, 2025 around 10:30 am at Carolinas ContinueCARE Hospital.

Benjamin was born on February 26th, 1959 and he was the 3rd child of his 8 siblings.

Benjamin was a responsible husband, father and grandfather, he enjoyed hanging out with family, his favorite times was to go to the mountains and enjoy listening to classical music and dance.

His legacy is carried on by his children, Benjamin Mejia, Daniel Mejia, Nubia Mejia, Edson Mejia, Nidia Mejia and all his grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 7, 2025, from 4:00- 6:50 pm at Hartsell Funeral Home of Concord. Following the visitation, there will be a service in the Chapel at 7:00 pm.
