Belinda "Wendy" Rhea Mullis, 45, of Concord, passed away on May 17, 2013 in Concord, NC. She was born on November 6, 1967 to Bernard and Irene (Preece) Short at Columbus, OH. Belinda is survived by her loving spouse Jeffery Mullis; 2 sons - Michael David Evans, Kevin Tyler Ellerman.; sisters, Yvonda Johnson and Candy Vranes, both of Springlake, NC; brother Jimmy Short of Haynesville, KY. She was preceded in death by her mother Irene Preece Short. The family will receive friends, Wednesday, May 22, 2013, from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Hartsell Funeral Home, Concord.
